Speed and Agility
Speed & Agility training increases an athletes functional core strength, dynamic flexibility, control and balance. All of these different functions work together and make athletes overall more athletic.
• Speed training will be used to create maximum velocity through:
• Assisted speed training.
• Acceleration and Sprint speed.
• Coordination training.
• Sprint endurance.
• Agility training will be used to help the athlete rapidly change direction without losing speed or body control.
• Eccentric, Isometric, and Concentric phases
Strength and Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning program allows athletes to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, learn new movement patterns, enhance coordination and peripheral skills.
• The Program includes an introduction to Power/Olympic lifting & Mobility/Plyometrics
• Our research derives from previous studies done by some of the top professionals in the field of Exercise Science. They have been incorporated by some of the best Universities, creating a championship culture
